  • What if I am unhappy with my product and wish to return it?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we sell, health and hygiene issues mean that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds if an item is purchased in error or is deemed unsuitable. Please read all product specifications thoroughly and choose your items carefully before purchasing.

  • What if my purchase appears to be faulty?

In the unlikely event of a product malfunction we will happily replace any faulty goods after determining the cause of the malfunction.

Remember, all  Natura products are guaranteed but after-market accessories are not covered. Refer to the original packaging for details.

We must stress that we do not offer refunds and we only replace faulty goods if they have been purchased directly from  Naturaproducts.co.nz. In addition please be advised that we do not refund return shipping costs when goods are returned to us.

Returned items should be returned in the original packaging where possible.

If goods are returned because you think they are faulty and they are found not to be faulty by our technical department, there will be a minimum charge of $40.

IMPORTANT. Please do not attempt to ascertain the cause of any malfunction yourself. Any returned product that has been tampered with or dis-assembled by the user will not be covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee and will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Why should I try magnetic therapy?

If you’ve exhausted traditional methods of treating your ailments or you simply don’t want to risk the potential side effects of many of today’s prescription medications,  you could try magnetic therapy. You’ve got nothing to lose but your aches and pains!

For the technically minded, the magnets within the HK63 heating pad are magnetised with strips of alternating polarity. If the surface with the magnets is applied to the body the direction of the magnetic fields is in line with it.

  • I bought a Natura product from another retailer. Can you assist me with any issues I may have?

We must stress that we can only offer advice and assistance with products that have been purchased directly from  Naturaproducts.co.nz. If you have purchased any of  Naturas products from other re-sellers, please contact them directly for assistance.

  • What Are Your Delivery Charges?

All orders, however small, are delivered FREE to addresses in New Zealand.

We are also happy to take orders from customers all over the world. Customers who would like us us to ship their goods to international addresses will need to add International air freight charges to their basket.

If the value of your order is $200.00 or above then you will also need to pay the standard insurance charge of $10.00

  • How warm do the heating pads and foot warmers get?

The maximum temperature that can be reached depends on many factors, including the product (heating pad, foot warmer, the model, whether it is with or without automatic cut-off and the room temperature.

 It is therefore only possible to give average values obtained under standardized conditions at a room temperature of 20°C +/- 5°C.

 Different measurement conditions are specified for each product.

The individual values can therefore not be compared with one another.

 Heat pad: 70°C – 75°C

Foot warmer: 45°C – 50°C

The conditions for measuring the surface temperature of foot warmer are specified in the international standards IEC 60335-1 and IEC 60335-2-81

 Different conditions (including different measuring equipment)automatically lead to different results.

 The temperature range shown in the FAQ are average values obtained under standardized conditions at a room temperature of 20°C +/- 5°C.

  • Are Natura products and accessories guaranteed?

All  Natura products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against faults or malfunction and come with a three year warranty unless specified otherwise. The guarantee does NOT cover damage caused by misuse or accident howsoever caused. Only the main item hardware is covered under warranty – accessories and associated parts are NOT included.

  • Does Natura Products adhere to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts?

The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 24hrs of receipt.

Please inspect your goods on arrival prior to signing. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred please notify the courier so that a claim can be lodged. Please note that no claim can be honoured for goods that have been signed for.

Contact must be made directly with us for approval prior to returning goods under warranty. Your purchase invoice will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be required from the buyer.

NaturaProducts will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered when a replacement is not available.

Original courier charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, or if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected”.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to send any faulty goods back to us . We do not accept returns by C.O.D. We will pay for the return of the repaired item or replacement back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found to be not faulty, or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In this case the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
